Initial Interview Session (2 hours)
A quick review of standard and special conditions of parole for sex offenders, what each condition means, what compliance looks like, and what violations can trigger. Via secure video conference.
Case Intake & Forensic File Analysis
Review police reports, criminal history, court minutes, family dynamics, and available risk scores. Clarifying false facts in the police report prior to being convicted to assist in mitigating special conditions of parole.
Parole Readiness Session (2 hours)
Detailed session specifically tailored after the forensic analysis. A review of special conditions of parole that may be imposed and the possible residency restrictions, sex offender registration, sex offender treatment, and wearing a GPS device. Via secure video conference.
